Autism spectrum disorder is very common in Kids. Researchers conducted comparative analysis on the urine samples of an 8 year old age autism patient and analysed it with isobaric tags with the help of spectrometry method.
They noticed that few proteins including the alpha 1 acid glycoprotein 1 was present in increased concentration as compared to control. Concurrent investigations highlights the difference in the protein expression profiles involved in the occurrence of Autism spectrum disorder in kids.
